About the Role

We are seeking professionals with 3-5 years of experience in the hedge fund reconciliation domain, with strong exposure to derivative instruments such as Futures, Options, Forwards, and Swaps, including Interest Rate Swaps (IRS) and Cross-Currency (CCY) Swaps. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of hedge fund operations and reconciliation processes, including cash and position reconciliations.

Experience working with Fund Administrators, managing fund invoices, and handling SWIFT payment messages such as PACS.008 and PACS.009 is highly desirable. Professional certifications in Capital Markets or Investment Banking will be considered an added advantage.



The successful candidate will be a proactive team player with strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a dynamic reconciliation environment.

- Managing invoices, SSI setups, working with SWIFT messages.
- Reconciliation of Cash and Positions, sweep accounts & Review of bank balances.
- Work with CPO’s, IM’s, Administrators, Clients, Vendors, located globally.
- Preparation and reporting of withholding statements for tax purposes.
- Working along with onshore for multiple regulatory reporting requirements.
- Focus on building and maintaining quality and control systems.

Must Have Skillset

- 3-5 Years of experience in Hedge Fund Reconciliation or Fund Accounting experience,
- Good understanding of Hedge Fund Strategies and hedge fund investing,
- Strong understanding of financial instruments and accounting concepts,
- Ability to streamline processes, work with tech team on automation and contribute effectively to testing.
- Good communication, email writing and interpersonal skills.

- Certification courses on capital markets, investment banking.
- Strong command in Microsoft Excel.
