Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Generative AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing autonomous AI agents, multi-agent systems, scalable LLM applications, and production-ready Generative AI solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, and modern AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems using LangChain and LangGraph.
- Build and optimize production-ready RAG pipelines using embeddings, semantic chunking, vector databases, and advanced retrieval techniques.
- Integrate LLMs from OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Groq, and open-source models.
- Implement prompt engineering, structured outputs, function calling, tool integration, and context management.
- Develop agentic workflows using supervisor orchestration, reflection loops, critic agents, and human-in-the-loop mechanisms.
- Build LLM evaluation frameworks using golden datasets, LLM-as-a-judge, regression testing, and output validation.
- Implement guardrails and hallucination mitigation strategies to improve AI reliability.
- Develop backend services and REST APIs using Python, FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Implement LLMOps practices, including tracing, observability,



prompt versioning, and token and cost monitoring.
- Optimize AI application performance, retrieval quality, latency, and inference costs.
- Deploy and maintain AI applications using cloud platforms, Docker, Linux, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable AI-powered solutions.

- Prompt Engineering: Few-shot prompting, structured prompting, function calling, Pydantic, JSON outputs
- LLMOps & Evaluation: LangSmith, LLM evaluation, LLM-as-a-judge, guardrails, tracing, observability, regression testing, prompt management, token and cost monitoring
- Backend Development: FastAPI, Flask, Django, REST APIs, microservices
- Databases & Vector Stores: PostgreSQL, ChromaDB, Qdrant
- Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, Docker, Linux, Git, GitHub, CI/CD

Required Qualifications

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering, Generative AI, or LLM application development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and backend development.




- Hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade Generative AI applications.
- Practical experience developing RAG pipelines and integrating vector databases.
- Experience building autonomous AI agents, multi-agent systems, and tool-integrated workflows.
- Knowledge of LLM evaluation, hallucination mitigation, and responsible AI practices.
- Experience deploying scalable applications using cloud platforms and containerization.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience developing complex agentic AI architectures and advanced RAG systems.
- Knowledge of LLM evaluation frameworks, automated testing, and performance optimization.
- Experience with LLM observability, tracing, prompt management, and cost optimization.
- Familiarity with production deployments, CI/CD automation, and scalable AI infrastructure.

Salary As per industry standards and candidate experience.

Work Schedule
