Role Description The Senior Accounts Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations for multiple hospitality units. The person in this role will prepare and review financial statements, assist with budgeting and forecasting, monitor cash flow, and ensure timely vendor and partner payments.

They will oversee compliance with relevant accounting standards, taxation requirements, and internal controls, while coordinating with auditors and management for periodic financial reviews.

Executive will collaborate closely with operations and management teams to provide financial insights that support cost control and profitability across hotels, bars, catering, and events.

Qualifications

- Strong accounting and finance skills, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Knowledge of taxation, statutory compliance, and audit processes relevant to the hospitality sector.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP or hotel management systems is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with operations and leadership teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; skilled certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA) are a plus.
- Prior experience in hospitality or service industries, and the ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, multi-entity environment.
