Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Executive with 5 - 7 years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate or construction sector. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of TDS, GST, statutory compliance, vendor management, and financial accounting. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting operations, tax compliance, reconciliations, and supporting financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain books of accounts.
- Record and verify invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

TDS Compliance

- Deduct TDS as per applicable provisions of the Income Tax Act.
- Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.).
- Generate and issue TDS certificates (Form 16/16A).
- Reconcile TDS with Form 26AS and TRACES records.




- Ensure timely payment of TDS liabilities and compliance with statutory deadlines.
- Handle TDS assessments, notices, and departmental queries.

GST & Statutory Compliance

- Prepare and file GST returns and ensure compliance.
- Reconcile GST input tax credit with vendor filings.
- Monitor statutory payments and filing deadlines.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants during audits.

Real Estate Accounting

- Account for project-related expenses and revenue.
- Track contractor bills, work orders, and project costs.
- Process customer receipts, booking advances, and payment schedules.

Maintain project-wise accounting records and MIS reports

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in filing TDS returns and handling tax reconciliations.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally Prime
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting).
- Valuable understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
