Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Accounts and Finance (CA) role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The role involves overseeing end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and monthly/annual closing. The senior professional will manage financial planning and analysis, budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and variance reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities include ensuring statutory compliance with taxation, GST, TDS,



and other regulatory requirements, coordinating with auditors, and preparing accurate financial statements and MIS reports. The role also includes supporting project costing and billing for construction contracts, improving internal controls, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing financial guidance to management.

Qualifications

- Strong Finance skills, including financial planning, budgeting, cost control, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, perform variance analysis, and support business decisions.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with management, project teams, vendors, and auditors.
- Solid Account Management capabilities covering ledger management, payables, receivables, reconciliations, and documentation.
- Professional approach to Customer Service for handling finance-related queries from clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with relevant post-qualification experience in construction, infrastructure, or manufacturing preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Indian GAAP, GST, TDS, and other statutory norms applicable to engineering and construction businesses.
- Ability to work independently, lead a small accounts team, and meet deadlines in a project-driven environment.
