Modem Ad Agency Pvt. Ltd. is a growing out-of-home (OOH) advertising company with operations across Bihar, Jharkhand, and Odisha. We help brands make a lasting impact through billboards and outdoor media, and we are looking for a dependable finance skilled to strengthen our accounts team.

Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Senior Accountant to manage our day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, well-versed in Indian taxation, and able to communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts, including ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations
- Handle GST calculation, return filing, and reconciliation
- Manage TDS and TCS deduction, deposit, and quarterly return filing
- Prepare invoices, track receivables and payables, and follow up on outstanding payments
- Assist with income tax filings, audits, and year-end closing
- Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports for management
- Coordinate with the CA, auditors,



vendors, and clients
- Ensure all statutory compliance is completed on time

Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting (advertising or media industry experience is a plus)
- Strong working knowledge of taxation, including GST, TDS, TCS, and income tax
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally preferred) and MS Excel
- Excellent command of written and spoken English for professional correspondence
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and integrity
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
