Avyom Foodtech Pvt. Ltd. is a subsidiary of DSM Fresh Foods Ltd (Zappfresh), a BSE-listed food company. Avyom manufactures frozen and ambient ready-to-eat and ready-to-cook foods, including snacks, gravies, sauces and vegetable-based products, from its processing plant in Panchkula, Haryana, for domestic and export markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Export Invoicing & Pricing Control

- Verify export invoices for quantity, rate, SKU and foreign currency accuracy.
- Control SKU-wise foreign currency pricing as per approved price lists and customer agreements.
- Reconcile invoiced quantities and values with dispatch records.
- Report pricing discrepancies or deviations from approved rates to management.

1. Vendor Bill Verification & Purchase Price Control

- Verify vendor bills against purchase orders, GRNs, approved rates and quantities received.
- Check SKU-wise purchase prices, taxes, freight and other charges.
- Catch price differences, duplicate invoices and discrepancies before booking or payment.
- Maintain vendor-wise reconciliations and outstanding statements.

1. Inventory Control Vegetable Processing Plant

- Monitor raw material, finished goods, packaging material and other inventory at the plant.
- Verify physical stock against book stock and system records.
- Track consumption, wastage, processing losses, stock transfers and adjustments.




- Investigate discrepancies with plant and warehouse teams and close them on time.

1. Monthly Stock Reconciliation

- Prepare monthly reconciliation: opening stock, purchases, consumption, production, dispatches, wastage and closing stock.
- Reconcile physical inventory with accounting records and system reports.
- Report stock variances, ageing and unusual movements to management.

1. Monthly P&L; and Financial Reporting

- Prepare the monthly P&L; covering revenue, purchase costs, processing costs and other expenses.
- Analyse SKU-wise and category-wise profitability.
- Reconcile revenue, inventory consumption, purchases and cost of goods sold.
- Submit monthly reports and variance analysis within agreed timelines.

Candidate Requirements
- 57 years in accounting and finance, preferably in food processing, FMCG, manufacturing or export-oriented businesses.
- Robust knowledge of inventory accounting, vendor bill verification, export invoicing and foreign currency pricing.
- Hands-on experience in monthly stock reconciliation and P&L; preparation is essential.
- Working knowledge of Tally or an ERP, and Advanced Excel.
- Education: B.Com / M.Com; CA Inter or CMA Inter preferred.
