DSM Fresh Foods Limited (BSE-listed; brand: Zappfresh) is hiring a Senior Accountant Finance. This is an urgent opening for a hands-on accountant who will own vendor payment control, vendor reconciliation, pan-India inventory control and the rollout of our recent vendor-payment software (Kredmint).

Key Responsibilities

1. Vendor Bill Verification & Payment Control

- Verify vendor bills, purchase invoices and supporting documents before payment processing.
- Match invoices with purchase orders, GRNs, approved rates and quantities received.
- Ensure every payment follows the approved payment process, authorization matrix and documentation requirements.

1. Vendor Reconciliation & Credit-Period Monitoring

- Reconcile vendor ledgers and resolve differences on time.
- Prepare vendor ageing analysis and track payments against agreed credit periods.
- Flag overdue, early or disputed payments to management.

1. Pan-India Inventory Control

- Monitor inventory across warehouses and plants in multiple cities.
- Conduct and coordinate physical stock verification.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate discrepancies.

1. Cross-Team Coordination





- Work with procurement, warehouse, plant and business teams to resolve invoice and inventory issues.

1. Kredmint Software Implementation

- Coordinate and execute implementation, including vendor data validation, workflow setup and testing.
- Train users and support adoption across teams.

1. MIS Reporting

- Prepare periodic MIS on vendor outstanding, payment status, reconciliations and inventory variances.

Candidate Requirements
- 4–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in food processing, FMCG, manufacturing or distribution.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, accounts payable, vendor management and inventory control.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Tally Prime, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
- Experience in a finance or ERP software implementation is a strong advantage.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Education: B.Com / M.Com; CA Inter or CMA Inter preferred.

Location: Gurugram (work from office; occasional travel to warehouses/plants for stock verification) Joining: Immediate to 30 days preferred
