Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated, experienced and well-organised Academic Coordinator to oversee academic activities, support teachers and maintain high standards of teaching and learning across the school.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor syllabus completion, lesson plans and academic schedules.
- Supervise teaching quality through regular classroom observations.
- Guide and mentor teachers to improve teaching methods and classroom management.
- Monitor student performance, examination results and academic progress.
- Ensure timely preparation of question papers, worksheets, assessments and academic reports.
- Coordinate examinations, revision schedules and remedial classes.
- Conduct regular academic meetings with teachers and review their performance.
- Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with school policies.




- Communicate effectively with the Principal, management, teachers and parents.
- Promote English communication, discipline and a positive learning environment.

Requirements
- Relevant teaching experience with strong academic leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Positive English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, teamwork and time-management skills.
- Ability to guide teachers and take responsibility for academic outcomes.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and documentation.

Salary ₹20,000–₹50,000 per month, negotiable based on qualifications, experience and suitability.
