We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior 3D Animator to join our animation studio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality character and object animations for films, TV series, commercials, and digital content. The candidate should have solid expertise in performance, timing, body mechanics, and storytelling through animation.

Key Responsibilities -

- Create high-quality 3D character and object animations.
- Interpret storyboards, animatics, and scripts to deliver compelling performances.
- Work closely with directors, modelers, riggers, and lighting artists.
- Maintain animation quality and consistency across shots.
- Provide creative input to enhance scenes and storytelling.
- Review and improve animations based on feedback.
- Mentor junior animators and guide the animation team.
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned shots within production deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of experience in 3D animation.

Strong knowledge of animation principles (timing, spacing, squash & stretch, weight, acting).

Proficiency in:

Autodesk Maya / Blender

Understanding of rigging and character setup

Strong sense of body mechanics and facial expressions.

Experience working on animated films,



series, or commercials.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications -

Experience in stylized and realistic animation.

Knowledge of motion capture cleanup.

Basic understanding of lighting and rendering pipeline.

Experience working in a production pipeline environment.

Leadership or team supervision experience.

Education -

Bachelor’s degree in Animation / Multimedia / Fine Arts (preferred but not mandatory).
