We’re looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to strengthen our organic search presence, improve search visibility, and drive qualified organic traffic and leads across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, and lead generation.
- Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, competitor analysis, and content gap research.
- Optimize website pages, blogs, landing pages, meta titles, descriptions, headings, and internal linking.
- Perform technical SEO audits covering crawling, indexing, website structure, page speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile usability.
- Plan and execute link-building, digital PR, and backlink acquisition strategies.
- Optimize content for AI-powered search platforms and emerging search experiences.
- Monitor SEO performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, Semrush, and other relevant tools.
- Analyze keyword rankings, organic traffic, CTR,



conversions, and website health to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to implement SEO improvements.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations based on data and insights.

Requirements

- Proven 4-5 years of experience in SEO, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, content optimization, and competitor analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Understanding of technical SEO, UX, structured data, and website performance optimization.
- Solid analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with WordPress and AI search optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
