Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and drive qualified traffic to client websites. Day-to-day tasks include conducting keyword research, performing technical and on-page SEO audits, optimizing website content and structure, managing link-building initiatives, and monitoring performance through analytics tools.

The role also involves collaborating with content, design,



and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital assets, preparing performance reports, and recommending data-driven improvements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform comprehensive keyword research and map keywords to relevant pages and topics.
- Experience conducting detailed SEO audits and implementing technical and on-page recommendations.
- Skills in planning and executing ethical link-building and off-page optimization strategies.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to track, analyze, and report SEO performance.
- Strong knowledge of on-page SEO, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, URL structure, and content optimization.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of basic HTML/CSS and how technical site changes impact SEO.
- Positive analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in an agency or multi-client environment is an advantage.
