About The Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager - Local SEO & Growth Leader to lead and scale our Local SEO operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Local SEO, Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization, multi-location SEO campaigns, team leadership, and client management.

You will be responsible for developing SEO strategies, improving local search visibility, managing multiple client accounts, building scalable processes, and driving measurable growth in leads, conversions, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute advanced Local SEO strategies for multi-location and service-based businesses.

- Optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP) to improve local rankings and Google Map Pack visibility.
- Drive organic traffic, qualified leads, and conversions through effective SEO strategies.
- Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.

2. Team Leadership & Development

- Lead, mentor, and manage SEO professionals across different experience levels.
- Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure accountability.
- Conduct training sessions and support continuous team development.
- Build a culture of ownership, quality, and continuous improvement.

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Act as a key point of contact for SEO strategy, campaign performance, and client communication.
- Present performance reports, insights, and growth recommendations.
- Handle client escalations, resolve concerns, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Contribute to client satisfaction and retention.

4. Performance Monitoring & Problem-Solving

- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, local visibility, and conversions.
- Investigate ranking drops, traffic declines, and Google Business Profile issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement recovery strategies.
- Track campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements.

5. Process Development & Automation

- Develop and implement scalable SEO processes, workflows, and SOPs.
- Identify operational gaps and improve team efficiency.
- Leverage automation for reporting, SEO audits, and repetitive tasks.
- Standardize processes to improve quality and consistency across accounts.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Collaborate with content, development, design, and paid marketing teams.
- Ensure SEO best practices are implemented across websites and marketing campaigns.
- Align SEO strategies with overall marketing objectives and business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8-10+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing Local SEO and multi-location campaigns.
- Strong expertise in Google Business Profile optimization and Google Map Pack rankings.
- Experience handling SEO teams, client accounts, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO.
- Experience developing SEO processes, SOPs, and scalable workflows.
- Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs and SEMrush.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
