Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Executive will manage and optimize clients’ digital presence to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting keyword research, performing SEO audits, implementing on-page and technical SEO recommendations, and managing link-building activities.

The role also involves monitoring website performance, analyzing data from tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console, and preparing regular performance reports.



The SEO Executive will collaborate with content, design, and social media teams to ensure cohesive and search-friendly campaigns, and stay updated on algorithm changes and best practices. This is a full time, on-site role based in Lucknow.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Keyword Research and SEO Audits, with the ability to identify opportunities and diagnose performance issues.
- Hands-on experience with On-Page SEO, including meta tags, headers, content optimization, internal linking, and schema implementation.
- Practical knowledge of Link Building strategies, outreach, and off-page optimization techniques.
- Understanding of Social Media Marketing and its role in supporting SEO and brand visibility.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of technical SEO fundamentals (site speed, mobile friendliness, crawlability, indexation) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or SEO-focused role is preferred.
