We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Supply Chain Officer to manage warehouse operations, inventory control, material receipt and issuance, documentation, and SAP transactions. The candidate should have knowledge of warehouse management procedures, cGMP compliance, safety practices, and inventory documentation.

Responsibilities:

1. Adherence to CGMP (current valuable manufacturing practices) and safety practice.
2. Daily Monitoring and record of environmental condition in warehouse.
3. Maintaining housekeeping in warehouse.
4. Updating of all logbooks and record as per SOP.
5. 100% Compliance in QMS and EHS by following the SOPs.
6. Ensuring materials segregation in both RM and PM with proper labelling
7. Ensuring proper housekeeping in dispensing booth and sampling area.
8. Balance verification as per SOP and updating logbooks.
9. Receive, unload,



and place incoming inventory items appropriately and updating logbooks.
10. Issue of Raw material and Packing material on production request with proper document.
11. Handling outward /in process operation for multiple shifts includes GRN/MRN/SRN/RTV.
12. Organize stock, maintain inventory and maintain 5S and cGMP at warehouse area
13. Handling Receipt /issue/dispense activity in warehouse and SAP
14. Perform any other duties assigned by superiors when it is deemed necessary from time to time.
15. Maintain items records, document and necessary information for the incoming and outgoing goods.
16. Any other assignment allocated by Warehouse Head/Associates.
