Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in FinanceTreasury specializing in Transaction Manager and Risk Analyzer to support and enhance treasury operations

Responsible for managing and analyzing treasury transactions to mitigate financial risks Work closely with business and product owners to improve treasury and risk management processes Provide expert support and troubleshooting for treasury transaction management systems Collaborate with Agile Scrum teams to implement enhancements and bug fixes Ensure accurate and timely resolution of issues related to treasury transactions and risk analysis Maintain comprehensive documentation of functional and technical processes Support integration and interface management between treasury modules and other financial systems Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize treasury operations and risk controls Monitor regulatory compliance and internal policies related to treasury and risk management Provide inputs for treasuryrelated projects and system upgrades

Roles and Responsibilities





Lead endtoend implementation and support of treasury transaction management and risk analysis solutions

Analyze complex treasury transactions and assess associated risks to recommend mitigation strategies

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including finance IT and business stakeholders to align treasury processes

Conduct root cause analysis for transaction discrepancies and implement corrective actions

Manage risk analyzer tools to identify quantify and report financial risks

Drive Agile ceremonies and ensure timely updates of work items in project management tools

Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users to ensure clarity of requirements

Prepare and present reports on transaction performance and risk metrics to senior management

Mentor junior team members and provide knowledge sharing on treasury and risk management best practices

Ensure adherence to best practices in documentation testing and deployment of treasury solutions
