Hypercare Lead – Global S/4HANA Transformation

100% Remote | Freelance | 12+ months | 40 hrs/week | FMCG A leading global FMCG company is rolling out a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation in deployment waves. We’re looking for a Hypercare Lead to protect business continuity and drive fast stabilisation after each go-live, across the full technology landscape: infrastructure, workplace, SAP and non-SAP applications, integrations, data and analytics.

What you’ll do

- Plan and mobilise Hypercare per deployment wave: readiness tracking, resource coverage and go-live preparedness
- Run the IT Command Centre: triage, escalations, action tracking, shift handovers and stakeholder updates
- Coordinate resolver teams, system integrators and suppliers to resolve incidents and defects quickly
- Report clearly on technology health, business impact and risks
- Ensure governance and operational readiness: testing, change control, security and documentation
- Lead the transition to BAU,



including handovers, support models and Hypercare exit criteria
- Capture lessons learned to improve future waves

What you bring

- 5+ years in technology transformation, service transition, deployment or ITSM
- Senior experience with a complex ERP go-live and post-go-live stabilisation (S/4HANA preferred)
- Robust ITIL knowledge: incident, major incident, problem, change and service transition
- Experience managing SIs, MSPs and vendors in a multi-supplier environment
- Strong in ServiceNow (or similar), Excel, PowerPoint and dashboarding
- Cross-stack understanding of infra, applications, integrations and data
- ITIL, PRINCE2, PMP or Agile certification is a plus
