Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Chennai A leading MNC is hiring an experienced Senior Consultant – SAP Security & GRC to join its cybersecurity team.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Application Security, SAP GRC Access Control, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP ECC, with hands-on experience in security assessments, role design, implementation, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support SAP Application Security and GRC engagements.
- Provide expertise in SAP Security, SAP GRC Access Control 10.x/12.x, and SAP S/4HANA.
- Conduct SAP security assessments and recommend security role design and access management improvements.
- Identify security risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Design, implement, and test SAP security and SoD controls.
- Manage project planning, delivery, quality assurance, and stakeholder relationships.
- Mentor team members and contribute to training, proposal development, and practice growth.

Required Skills




- 5–7 years of experience in SAP Security, SAP GRC Access Control 10.x/12.x, and SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA or ECC security assessments, design, and implementation.
- Robust knowledge of SAP authorization concepts, security role design, and access management best practices.
- Solid understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) frameworks and risk remediation.
- Experience designing and testing automated and manual security controls.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

- CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification.
- Big Four consulting experience.
- Exposure to SAP Fiori, BI, SRM, CRM, SCM, MDG, or HR.
