Job Summary :

We are looking for a SAP PP Consultant with 2-4 years of experience to support SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and manufacturing processes.

The candidate will work closely with business users, functional teams, and technical teams to implement, support, and improve SAP PP processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and configure SAP PP processes in S/4HANA.
- Work on Production Planning, Production Orders, and Shop Floor processes.
- Handle BOM, Work Centers, Routings, Production Versions, and Master Data.
- Support MRP / MRP Live, planning runs, procurement proposals, and exception messages.

- Goods Issue / Confirmation

- Goods Receipt
- Understand integration with MM, SD, QM and FI/CO.
- Analyse production-related business issues and provide functional solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications for required enhancements and coordinate with ABAP developers.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and production issue resolution.
- Prepare functional documentation and user training materials.
- Support continuous improvement and process standardisation.

Required Skills





- 23 years of hands-on SAP PP experience.
- Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA manufacturing processes.

- Good understanding of MM and QM integration.
- Basic understanding of SAP SD and FI/CO integration.
- Experience in requirement analysis and functional troubleshooting.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to S/4HANA MRP Live.
- Exposure to Fiori apps related to production planning.
- Understanding of SAP APIs/OData and CDS views is an advantage.
- Experience in manufacturing industry is preferred.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- SAP PP certification is an advantage but not mandatory.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate should be comfortable working directly with manufacturing users, understanding real business requirements, troubleshooting SAP issues, and converting business requirements into practical SAP solutions.Key expectation: This is not purely a ticket-support role. The candidate should have a good understanding of the end-to-end manufacturing process from demand/MRP through production execution and goods receipt.
