SAP PP Functional Consultant

Role Summary:

Looking for an experienced SAP PP Functional Consultant with 8-10 years of SAP implementation and support experience to support Legacy ERP/IFS ERP to SAP ECC 6.0 transformation projects. Automotive manufacturing experience is preferred.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

- SAP PP configuration, solution design, testing, deployment, support, and hypercare.
- Expertise in Production Planning (PP), MRP, BOM, Routings, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Execution.
- Requirement gathering, workshops, fit-gap analysis, and business process mapping.
- Functional specification preparation and coordination with ABAP developers.
- Support data migration, cleansing, mapping, validation, reconciliation, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Manage Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, defect management, user training, and documentation.




- Ensure integration with SAP MM, SD, FI, and other modules.
- Provide production support and continuous process improvement.

Required Experience:

- SAP PP functional consulting experience.
- Minimum 1-2 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
- Experience in ERP-to-SAP migration projects, solution design, and stakeholder management.
- Solid documentation, communication, cutover, and hypercare support experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred:

- IFS ERP to SAP migration experience.
- Automotive manufacturing domain experience.
- SAP ECC 6.0 expertise; S/4HANA exposure preferred.
- SAP Certification is an advantage.
