We are a global leader in the food and beverage industry, committed to innovation and operational excellence. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP EWM 9.5 Consultant to join our dynamic MDS team (IT) and drive the optimization of our supply chain and warehouse operations.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced and self-driven Logistics Operations Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Warehouse Management (WMS) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) . The ideal candidate will bring strong functional knowledge, hands-on project delivery experience, and the ability to lead teams and technical stakeholders during design discussions. This role will support Client's transformation journey, eventual migration to S/4HANA EWM.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and participate in end-to-end S4 SAP EWM implementation projects
- Provide expert-level guidance on SAP EWM design
- Actively participate in and facilitate design workshops and consultant proposals to ensure optimal and scalable solutions
- Work independently with minimal supervision , taking ownership of deliverables and driving tasks to completion
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams , stakeholders, and external business partners to ensure project success
- Support the transition from non-S/4HANA WMS to S/4HANA EWM projects
- Provide team leadership , guiding junior consultants and functional team members
- Contribute to solution design reviews, training key users,



testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and go-live support activities

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 7-10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM implementations and support
- Hands-on experience with EWM 9.5
- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes : inbound from production, inbound/outbound logistics, putaway strategies, warehouse tasks, waves etc
- Experience working on both non-S/4HANA (ECC-based EWM) and S/4HANA EWM environments is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage consultant workstreams in complex project environments
- Proven track record of challenging business and technical stakeholders constructively during solution design and workshops
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal guidance

Skills & Competencies

- Technical: SAP EWM 9.5, SAP WMS (LE-WM), SAP TMS integration, S/4HANA EWM (preferred)
- Functional: Warehouse operations, logistics process design, supply chain optimization
- Leadership: Team management, stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Workshops: Skilled in facilitating requirement-gathering and design workshops with diverse stakeholder groups

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the FMCG / Consumer Goods industry
- Mumbai based
