About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP IBP Consultant with 5+ years of experience in SAP Supply Chain Planning and solid hands-on experience in SAP IBP. The consultant will support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program, working across demand planning, supply planning, IBP integration, and downstream MRP execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and support SAP IBP Demand Planning and Supply Planning solutions.
- Work on Time-Series Planning and/or Order-Based Planning scenarios.
- Configure planning operators, key figures, planning levels, planning areas, and planning heuristics.
- Design and support supply planning scenarios involving demand, supply, capacity, and inventory constraints.
- Support forecasting, forecast adjustments, consensus planning, and forecast validation.
- Define and implement approaches to measure and improve forecast accuracy.
- Validate end-to-end planning flows from demand planning through supply planning and ERP execution.
- Design and support SAP IBP integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
- Work with master data and transactional data integration.
- Troubleshoot discrepancies between IBP planning results and S/4HANA MRP.
- Support SAP ECC/S/4HANA MRP configuration and troubleshooting.
- Work with MRP types, lot-sizing procedures,



planning strategies, scheduling, and special procurement.
- Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.
- Conduct workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with business and technology teams.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation, test scenarios, and process documentation.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in SAP Supply Chain Planning.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP IBP.
- Strong functional experience in Demand Planning and Supply Planning.
- Experience with Time-Series Planning and/or Order-Based Planning.
- Strong knowledge of planning operators, key figures, planning levels, planning areas, and planning heuristics.
- Experience with forecasting and forecast accuracy measurement.
- Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of IBP master data and transactional data integration.
- Strong understanding of SAP ECC/S/4HANA MRP.
- Knowledge of MRP types, lot-sizing, planning strategies, scheduling, and special procurement.
- Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with end-to-end integration testing and UAT.
- Experience working with business stakeholders and conducting workshops.
- SAP CPI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Agile, and regulated manufacturing experience will be an advantage.
