Role Overview

Serving as the technical visionary for our MENA operations, the SAP ISU Solution Architect will orchestrate the overarching landscape of our utility transformation projects. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, designing holistic architectures that unify billing, finance, asset operations, and digital engagement.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

· Holistic Expertise: Proven ability to architect comprehensive, integrated solutions across all core ISU modules (Billing, DM, FICA, CRM) and peripheral systems (FSM, ETRM, MDM).

· Strategic Roadmap: Lead technical strategy, system landscape design, and migration pathways (e.g., ECC to S/4HANA ISU transitions).

· Governance & Standardization:



Enforce CMMI-level quality and best practices across all implementation workstreams to eliminate operational silos.

· Pre-Sales & Advisory: Support the executive team (including MENA leadership) in RFP responses, client presentations, and scoping enterprise-grade consulting engagements.

· Executive Communication: Communicate complex architectural concepts to non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in for technology investments.

Pay: ₹1,074,000.00 - ₹4,140,000.00 per year
