Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Finance Qualified with strong expertise in financial accounting, SAP ERP, manufacturing finance, financial reporting, and business process controls.

The candidate will work closely with finance, production, procurement, supply chain, IT, and corporate management teams to ensure accurate financial transactions, reliable reporting, effective reconciliation, and compliance with financial policies across multiple plants and business locations.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Financial Reporting & Analysis

- Extract, analyze, and validate financial and operational data from SAP ERP.
- Prepare and review financial reports for business units, plants, and management.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of financial information.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support management decisions.

General Ledger & Financial Reconciliation

- Review and reconcile General Ledger balances, trial balances, and financial statements.
- Monitor Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, banking, and other financial transactions.
- Investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
- Support the preparation and review of Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.

Manufacturing Finance & Inventory

- Review raw material, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory.
- Monitor inventory movements, goods receipts, goods issues, and warehouse transactions.
- Validate production consumption, material variances,



inventory valuation, and finished goods stock.
- Review product costing, manufacturing costs, cost allocations, and profitability.
- Coordinate with Production Planning, Materials Management, Warehouse, Quality, and Sales teams.

Sales, Distribution & Profitability

- Review sales, billing, dispatch, customer balances, and related financial postings in SAP.
- Analyze product-wise, plant-wise, and business-unit-wise profitability.
- Investigate discrepancies in pricing, costs, margins, and financial postings.
- Ensure proper integration between operational transactions and financial accounting.

Taxation, Treasury & Financial Controls

- Review direct and indirect tax transactions and related financial reports.
- Monitor banking transactions, fund flows, treasury operations, and foreign exchange transactions.
- Support month-end and year-end closing, account reconciliations, and financial controls.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, accounting practices, and internal control requirements.

Business Process Coordination

- Coordinate with finance, production, procurement, warehouse, sales, and IT teams across multiple locations.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of business transactions in SAP ERP and other business applications.




- Monitor master data accuracy and compliance with approved business processes.
- Identify process gaps and opportunities for automation, standardization, and improvement.
- Support SAP process improvements and provide reliable reporting to corporate management.

Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
- CA / CMA / MBA qualification.
- Strong hands-on experience using SAP ERP for financial processes and reporting.
- Robust knowledge of financial accounting, financial statements, and management reporting.
- Experience in manufacturing finance, inventory accounting, product costing, and profitability analysis.
- Understanding of SAP FI/CO and integration with MM, PP, and SD.
- Experience in financial reconciliation, month-end closing, and year-end closing.
- Knowledge of taxation, treasury, financial controls, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple plants, business units, and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in a manufacturing organization with multiple plants or business locations.
- Exposure to cost center accounting, inventory valuation, and product costing.
- Experience improving SAP data accuracy and standardizing financial processes.
- Ability to support corporate management with financial analysis and business reporting.
