Job Summary The Senior Specialist will manage credit collection dispute resolution cash and liquidity and bank communication processes within the Finance FSCM domain to ensure effective financial operations and compliance

Manage credit management processes to optimize financial risk and customer credit limits Oversee collection activities to ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments Resolve disputes related to financial transactions and claims within the FSCM framework Monitor and manage cash and liquidity positions to maintain optimal cash flow Coordinate bank communication management to facilitate smooth banking operations Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including finance operations and IT to streamline financial processes Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements related to finance and treasury operations

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the gathering analysis and validation of solution requirements related to credit collections disputes cash liquidity and bank communications

Drive solution development quality assurance and release management to meet business and stakeholder expectations





Coordinate with Project Managers Product Managers Operations Managers IT Service Managers and Architects to align solutions

Design implement and suggest testing tasks to validate user stories and system functionality

Participate in planning definition and highlevel design of subsolutions and explore alternative solutions under engineering leadership

Manage deployment of applications and systems related to finance and treasury operations

Validate technical design solutions estimate technical commitments and investigate solutions to business challenges

Identify and communicate technical constraints tradeoffs and technical debt during development

Define testing approaches quality assurance criteria and communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders

Prepare scoping documents risk assessments resource commitments and solution documentation

Partner with operations teams for release management setting transitions and problem investigations

Work closely with operations teams to ensure integration and smooth functioning of software and systems
