Job Title: SAP EWM ABAP Technical Consultant / Developer

Location: PAN INDIA (Remote)

Duration: 12+ months, with the possibility of an extension.

Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant SAP ABAP development experience; 10 years overall experience

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP EWM ABAP Technical Consultant / Developer with robust hands-on experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) technical development.

The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in EWM RFUI custom development, PPF development, EWM BAdIs, and EWM Warehouse Monitor enhancements , along with strong Object-Oriented ABAP programming skills. This is a hands-on technical development role requiring the ability to design, build, customize, debug, and support complex SAP EWM solutions.

Must-Have Skills ✅ (All 5 Mandatory)

1. SAP EWM ABAP Development

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM-specific ABAP custom development and enhancements.
- Expertise in Object-Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP) and custom business logic.

2. EWM RFUI Framework

- Hands-on experience developing custom RF screens.
- RFUI framework customization and enhancements.
- Strong working knowledge of ITS (Internet Transaction Server) technology.

3. PPF Development (Post Processing Framework)

- Hands-on experience with custom PPF development.
- Ability to develop, configure, and enhance PPF actions within SAP EWM.

4. EWM BAdI Development

- Experience implementing EWM-specific BAdIs.
- Hands-on expertise in enhancement spots and custom business logic implementations.

5. EWM Warehouse Monitor Enhancements

- Experience developing and enhancing SAP EWM Warehouse Monitor functionalities.
- Ability to implement custom monitor enhancements to support warehouse operations.

Important: All five skills are mandatory. Generic SAP ABAP development or SAP EWM functional experience alone is not sufficient.

Additional Technical Requirements





- Minimum 7 years of relevant SAP ABAP development experience , with significant SAP EWM technical development exposure.
- Strong expertise in OO ABAP, RFUI, PPF, BAdIs, and EWM enhancements.
- Experience with EWM warehouse processes, including inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and putaway.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, CDS Views, data modelling, and CIF integration.
- Experience with ITS technology, SAP OSS Notes, and SAP ASAP methodology.
- Understanding of SAP MM/WM integration and warehouse monitoring.
- Strong debugging, analytical, problem-solving, and customer communication skills.

Nice-to-Have / Preferred Skills ?

- Experience working on SAP EWM implementation projects.
- Experience with SAP EWM rollout and enhancement projects.
- Exposure to embedded SAP EWM environments.
- Exposure to decentralized SAP EWM environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement complex SAP EWM ABAP technical solutions.
- Develop custom RF screens and RFUI framework enhancements.
- Build and enhance PPF actions and EWM-specific BAdI implementations.
- Develop custom functionalities and enhancements within SAP EWM Warehouse Monitor.
- Develop custom reports, interfaces, forms, screens, and enhancements across SAP EWM, MM, and WM modules.
- Collaborate with SAP functional teams to understand warehouse processes and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform debugging, performance optimization, testing, and production support.
- Prepare technical specifications, test data, and deployment documentation.
- Ensure technical solutions align with warehouse operational and business requirements.
