Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to SAP CRM processes.
- Configure and implement SAP CRM modules including:
- Account & Contact Management

- Opportunity Management

- Activity Management

- Service Management
- Sales & Marketing Processes
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and provide functional solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments (RICEF objects).
- Coordinate with technical, integration, and testing teams.
- Support integration between SAP CRM and SAP ECC/S4HANA systems.
- Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
- Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
- Create and maintain project documentation.
