SAP C4C Consultant - Technical & Functional

Experience: 5+ years SAP C4C

We are looking for an experienced SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) Consultant with a strong combination of technical development and functional configuration skills to support the design, implementation and ongoing enhancement of SAP C4C solutions.

This role offers end-to-end involvement across business requirements, SDK development, Sales and Service processes, and integration with SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across both technical and functional areas, delivering solutions from initial design through to deployment and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs and technical specifications.
- Configure SAP C4C Sales and Service functionality, including business roles, organisational structures, workflows and reporting.
- Develop custom solutions using SAP Cloud Applications Studio (SDK/PDI), including custom business objects, extensions and embedded components.
- Build validations and business logic using ABSL scripting and events.
- Support integrations between SAP C4C and SAP S/4HANA using SAP Integration Suite/CPI, OData and SOAP APIs.
- Troubleshoot data replication, synchronisation and master data issues across C4C and ERP systems.
- Support data migration, data validation, testing, UAT and cutover activities.




- Produce technical and functional documentation and provide ongoing application maintenance and support.
- Collaborate with integration, technical and business teams to deliver enhancements and resolve issues.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP C4C experience , covering both SDK development and functional configuration.
- Solid expertise in SAP Cloud Applications Studio (PDI), ABSL, BODL and custom business objects.
- Experience with extension fields, embedded components, OData services and development lifecycle management.
- Functional knowledge of SAP C4C Sales and/or Service processes.
- Experience with business partner and employee master data, organisational management and ID mapping.
- Integration experience with SAP CPI/Integration Suite and SAP ERP or S/4HANA.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across data replication, synchronisation and integration defects.
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Experience
- Exposure to SAP Sales/Service Cloud V2 or migration from C4C to V2.
- SAP C4C, Sales Cloud or Cloud Applications Studio certification.
- Experience supporting industry-specific sales processes.
