Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Lead / Senior Consultant with 8 to 10 years of hands-on expertise across Application Maintenance (AM) support and Application Development (AD)/enhancements. The ideal candidate will possess deep specialization in SAP Condition Contract Management (CCM)—including rebate processing, accruals, and settlement logic—backed by robust knowledge of SAP SD and Pricing.

In this role, you will lead complex enhancements, drive continuous process improvements, and provide robust L2/L3 production support in an S/4HANA enterprise workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Enhancements & Application Development (AD)

- Process Enhancement & Delivery: Lead the design and delivery of CCM enhancements, including new condition contract types, specialized settlement logic, and custom rebate models tailored to evolving business requirements.

- Functional Specifications: Gather business requirements and translate them into comprehensive Functional Specifications (FS) for custom RICEF objects.

- System Configuration: Configure condition contract types, pricing conditions, settlement parameters, and cross-module integration points.

- Development & Testing: Partner closely with technical (ABAP) teams through development, unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure defect-free production releases.

- Continuous Improvement: Drive process optimization and automation initiatives within CCM and pricing operational workflows.

Application Maintenance & Production Support (AM)

- L2/L3 Incident Management: Deliver high-quality L2/L3 support for SAP S/4HANA CCM operations, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs and minimal business disruption.





- Troubleshooting & Resolution: Analyze and resolve complex issues related to rebate processing, settlement runs, accrual postings, and pricing discrepancies.

- Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Perform in-depth RCA on recurring defects and implement permanent preventive fixes.

- ITSM Governance: Efficiently manage incidents, problem records, and service requests within ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).

- Period-End Operations: Monitor, validate, and support period-end settlement runs and corresponding financial postings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Governance

- Integration Alignment: Collaborate with SD and FI teams to resolve complex, cross-module integration issues and ensure seamless Order-to-Cash (O2C) processing.

- Change Management: Adhere strictly to change management, transport release, and governance protocols for all system enhancements.

- Knowledge Management: Maintain detailed functional documentation, conduct Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions, and promote standard SAP best practices.

Required Candidate Profile

- Experience: 8–10 years of SAP hands-on experience covering both Application Support (AMS) and Enhancements/Implementations in SAP S/4HANA environments.

- Core Functional Expertise: Deep domain expertise in SAP Condition Contract Management (CCM)—rebates, accruals, settlements, and contract maintenance.

- Domain Knowledge: Solid expertise in SAP SD (Order-to-Cash) and advanced SAP Pricing Procedure configurations.

- Technical Interface Skills: Proven track record of designing functional specs for custom RICEF objects and working with ABAP teams.

- Support Proficiency: Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and standard ITIL support processes.
