: Billing, Inventory & Dispatch Executive (SAP)

Indore | Full time | Reports to Branch Head / Proprietor

Role: Run the daily operations of the godown and C&F; office: SAP billing, material movement, stock, dispatch, HO coordination and reporting.

Key responsibilities

- SAP billing: Invoices, challans, e-way bills, credit/debit notes and GST compliance. Check dealer credit limits and schemes before billing.
- Inward: Receive stock against STO and invoice, check quantity, batch and expiry, post GRN in SAP, and raise shortage and damage claims on time.
- Outward and dispatch: Plan dispatches, coordinate transporters, issue LR/Builty, share copies with dealers and territory managers, and track delivery and POD.
- Stock management: Keep batch-wise SAP and physical stock accurate, run regular verifications, and monitor FIFO/FEFO and near-expiry stock.
- Sales and HO coordination: Link dealers,



sales teams and Head Office on orders, schemes, stock transfers, approvals and outstanding follow-up.
- MIS reporting: Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports on stock, sales and dispatch, pending orders, expiry and claims.
- Allied work: Records and files, godown compliance, staff supervision and other operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements: Graduate (B.Com preferred), 2-5 years in billing, stock and dispatch (C&F;, agrochemical or FMCG preferred), working knowledge of SAP, GST and e-way bill, and good Excel skills. KPIs: Billing accuracy, dispatch turnaround, stock accuracy, on-time MIS submission and claim recovery.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
