We are hiring an SAP Basis Consultant with 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP system administration, installation, configuration, monitoring, upgrades, and production support. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in managing SAP landscapes, ensuring system performance, availability, and security, along with experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across SAP environments. This is an onsite opportunity based in Chakan, Pune with a leading MNC client.

Candidates should be comfortable working in a 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday) and collaborating closely with functional, technical, and business teams to support critical SAP operations and project requirements. Immediate to short notice candidates will be preferred.

- Administer and support SAP environments including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, and Solution Manager.
- Perform SAP installation, configuration, upgrades, kernel upgrades, and system refresh activities.
- Monitor SAP systems and proactively resolve performance issues.
- Manage SAP transport management system (TMS) and transport migrations.
- Handle user administration, role management,



and authorization-related activities.
- Perform client copy, system copy, backup, and recovery operations.
- Monitor HANA and database health, space management, and performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot SAP application, database, and operating system-related issues.
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams for issue resolution and project activities.
- Maintain system documentation and adhere to SAP best practices.
- Support SAP patching, maintenance activities, and security compliance.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Basis Administration.
- Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA landscapes.
- Hands-on experience in SAP system refresh, client copy, and kernel upgrades.
- Knowledge of SAP HANA Database Administration.
- Experience in transport management and system monitoring.
- Understanding of SAP security concepts and user administration.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems.
- Good troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
