About the RoleSampark Foundation is looking for recent graduates interested in building a career in communications, content creation, and storytelling within the social impact sector. The role offers hands-on experience working with the Communications team on initiatives focused on improving foundational learning for children.

Key Responsibilities

- Write, edit, and proofread newsletters, social media posts, reports, briefs, and impact stories.
- Create and schedule social media content, including captions and basic Canva visuals.
- Support PR activities, press notes, media communication, and promotional content.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, campaigns, and stakeholder engagements.
- Gather stories, photographs, and updates from field and program teams.
- Conduct research and maintain content calendars, trackers, and communication reports.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's degree; recent graduates or candidates graduating soon may apply.
- Degrees in Mass Communication, Journalism,



English, Public Relations, or Marketing are preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; working proficiency in Hindi is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and social media platforms.
- Interest in education, storytelling, and social impact.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and work full-time on-site in Noida.

Prior full time work experience is not required. College projects, internships, blogs, campus publications, and volunteering experience are welcome. Career OpportunityThis is a structured 11-month Management Trainee Program. High-performing trainees may be considered for permanent employment with Sampark Foundation.
