Salon Growth & Operations Manager at Vikas Marwah"s Hair Salon

We’re looking for a smart, energetic, and execution-focused Salon Growth & Operations Manager to help scale and manage our salon operations and brand presence.

This role is perfect for someone who understands people, growth, marketing, and day-to-day salon coordination.

What You’ll Handle

- Managing salon operations and ensuring smooth daily functioning
- Creating and maintaining salon SOPs and team discipline
- Coordinating with staff, stylists, and management teams
- Driving influencer collaborations and brand partnerships
- Managing franchise coordination and communication
- Working on salon marketing, customer growth, and retention
- Handling basic social media coordination, collabs, and content planning
- Tracking salon performance and helping achieve monthly targets
- Improving customer experience and overall brand presence

What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Valuable understanding of social media and marketing trends
- Someone proactive, organised, and growth-oriented
- Ability to manage teams and multitask efficiently
- Creative mindset with problem-solving ability
- Passion for beauty, fashion,



lifestyle, or hospitality industries is a plus

Experience
- Freshers with the right attitude, confidence, and learning mindset are welcome
- Experienced candidates from salon, beauty, hospitality, retail, marketing, or operations backgrounds are also encouraged to apply

Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with influencer marketing
- Basic Canva / Instagram content understanding
- Sales or customer relationship experience
- Franchise or multi-location coordination experience
- Strong networking and partnership skills
