We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate Salesforce development, configuration, testing, deployments, and releases.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Manage sprint progress, risks, dependencies, timelines, and multiple workstreams.
- Track delivery metrics and support DevOps and CI/CD practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of overall IT experience.




- Strong experience as a Scrum Master leading Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects.
- Valuable understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the Salesforce development lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado or Gearset.
- Strong stakeholder management, backlog management, sprint planning, and release management skills.
- CSM, PSM, or equivalent certification preferred.
