? ? Role: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer – Journeys, Automation & Data Cloud

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with hands-on expertise in campaign development, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, personalization, and Salesforce Data Cloud integration. The ideal candidate should be able to deliver end-to-end marketing automation solutions.

? Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain marketing campaigns, customer journeys, and automations.
- Implement scheduled and triggered journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
- Work with Contact Builder, Mobile Studio, Personalization, and Data Extensions.
- Develop marketing solutions using AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Data Cloud and external platforms.
- Implement REST, SOAP, and Bulk API integrations for data ingestion and exchange.
- Manage end-to-end data flows from Data Cloud into Marketing Cloud for campaign execution.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to campaigns, integrations, data flows, and automation.
- Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and quality assurance checks.




- Prepare technical design documents and collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and solution architects.
- Support preference center implementations and high-volume marketing solutions where required.

✅ Required Skills & Experience

- 4–5 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, including at least 2–3 years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
- Solid experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Mobile Studio, and Personalization.
- Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Experience with Data Extensions, marketing automation, and campaign development.
- Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Bulk APIs, and enterprise system integrations.
- Understanding of software development, cloud technologies, and high-volume application environments.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and version control tools such as Git.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer certification is an advantage.
