Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM development, CRM Analytics, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce customization, Apex programming, dashboard development, data integration, and analytics solutions. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable Salesforce applications, building interactive analytics dashboards, transforming business requirements into technical solutions, and delivering data-driven insights to business stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, and Lightning Aura Components.
- Develop and customize CRM Analytics solutions, including datasets, recipes, dataflows, lenses, dashboards, and interactive visualizations.
- Build actionable dashboards and reports to provide business insights into sales, service, customer engagement, and operational performance.
- Work with CRM Analytics SAQL,



Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), and data transformation techniques to analyze and present business data.
- Configure and optimize CRM Analytics data recipes, dataflows, data synchronization, and data preparation processes.
- Integrate Salesforce data with external systems and data sources to support analytics and reporting requirements.
- Develop reusable, responsive, and interactive user interfaces using LWC, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Implement business logic using Apex, asynchronous Apex, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and security configurations.
- Implement REST and SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and external applications.
- Optimize Salesforce and CRM Analytics solutions for performance, scalability, data accuracy, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data teams, architects, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, code reviews, deployment activities, and production support.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices, governor limits, security standards,



and release management procedures.

Mandatory Technical Skills

- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM development.
- Solid hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Extensive knowledge of Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics, formerly known as Einstein Analytics or Tableau CRM.
- Experience developing CRM Analytics dashboards, datasets, lenses, recipes, and dataflows.
- Knowledge of SAQL and analytics data modeling.
- Experience with Salesforce data integration and transformation.
- Robust understanding of Salesforce objects, relationships, security, sharing rules, and governor limits.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and external system integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce Flows, Lightning Experience, and declarative configuration.
- Knowledge of testing, debugging, deployment, and version control processes.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of CRM Analytics dashboard bindings, interactions, and filter configurations.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or external data platforms.
- Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or other business intelligence tools.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or CRM Analytics certification.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
