About Position:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Data Engineer to drive enterprise data migration, integration, and Customer 360 initiatives across Salesforce Data Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data360 platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable data pipelines, data migration frameworks, reconciliation processes, and governance controls that enable trusted and unified customer, dealer, vehicle, and case data. This role will play a critical part in supporting Customer360, Dealer360, Vehicle360, and Case360 foundations while collaborating with Salesforce, integration, reporting, analytics, and AI teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and business-ready data solutions.

What You'll Do:

- Implement and manage Salesforce Data Cloud and Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain data migration frameworks for Salesforce and enterprise applications.
- Build data pipelines supporting Customer360, Dealer360, Vehicle360, and Case360 initiatives.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, migration, reconciliation, and validation activities.
- Define source-to-target mapping rules and migration strategies.
- Develop data quality controls, validation frameworks, and reconciliation processes.
- Create migration runbooks and deployment procedures for large-scale migration initiatives.
- Implement data ingestion and synchronization processes between Salesforce and external systems.
- Support customer data unification and master data management initiatives.
- Collaborate with Salesforce architects, integration teams, reporting teams, and AI teams.
- Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Configure and support Service Cloud capabilities related to customer service operations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data integration, synchronization, and migration issues.
- Implement governance standards, security controls, and compliance requirements.
- Support Agentforce, reporting, analytics,



and future self-service initiatives through trusted data foundations.
- Drive continuous improvement of data management and migration processes.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 4 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce Development, Data Engineering, Data Migration, or Salesforce Data Cloud implementations.
- Experience supporting enterprise customer data platforms and Salesforce ecosystems.
- Proven track record delivering data migration and integration projects.
- Experience working across cross-functional business and technology teams.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Customer Data Platform (CDP), Data360, Customer360, Dealer360, Vehicle360, Case360.
- Experience designing unified customer data platforms.
- Understanding of identity resolution, customer profiling, and data harmonization.
- Experience supporting customer data unification initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with Data Migration, Data Synchronization, Data Transformation, Data Reconciliation, Data Validation, Data Quality Management.
- Expertise in defining source-to-target mappings and migration controls.
- Experience performing bulk data migrations into Salesforce environments.
- Ability to build repeatable migration frameworks and processes.
- Strong hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Development, Salesforce APIs.
- Experience building custom integrations and automation solutions.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities and data architecture.
- Familiarity with platform customization and extension techniques.
- Experience with Salesforce Integration Services, REST APIs, API-Based Integrations, Enterprise Data Connectivity.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external enterprise applications.




- Understanding of event-driven and batch integration patterns.
- Knowledge of middleware and integration best practices.
- Strong understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Stewardship, Compliance Requirements, Data Security Standards.
- Experience implementing governance frameworks and quality controls.
- Ability to manage data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
