We are hiring an experienced Salesforce Administrator – Integration & Analytics for one of our clients.

? What You'll Do

? Salesforce Administration: Manage users, profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, objects, fields, and platform configurations.

? Workflow Automation: Build and maintain Salesforce Flow, approval processes, validation rules, notifications, and declarative automation.

? API Integrations: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations using Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and OAuth.

? Reports & Analytics: Develop Salesforce reports and dashboards to support business decisions and improve data visibility.

? Data Quality: Maintain data accuracy, governance, secure data exchange, and reliable reporting processes.

? Troubleshooting: Resolve platform, integration, and user issues while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

? Release Management: Support sandbox environments, testing, deployments, and change documentation.

? Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with U.S.-based business stakeholders, developers, and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

? What We're Looking For

✅ 7–14 years of relevant professional experience, with robust hands-on Salesforce administration expertise.





✅ Strong knowledge of Salesforce Administration, Salesforce Flow, and Salesforce APIs.

✅ Practical experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, OAuth, SOQL, and integration troubleshooting.

✅ Experience developing Salesforce reports and dashboards.

✅ Familiarity with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

✅ Understanding of data quality management, security, access controls, and platform configuration.

✅ Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, and analytical skills.

✅ Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.

⭐ Skills That Give You an Edge

✨ Microsoft Power BI, dashboard development, and data modelling.

✨ Salesforce Administrator certification.

✨ Sandbox management, deployment processes, and Salesforce DevOps.

✨ Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Platform Events, or middleware tools.

✨ Experience Cloud, Agentforce, Einstein, or other AI-assisted Salesforce capabilities.

You don't need every preferred skill to apply. Strong Salesforce administration, automation, and integration experience are the key priorities.
