Berkley Hyundai is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and passionate Sales Trainer to strengthen our sales team through effective training, coaching, and performance development.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver engaging training programs for sales consultants and showroom staff.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Hyundai vehicle models, product features, specifications, technology, and competitive advantages.
- Train sales teams on customer engagement, needs analysis, product demonstrations, test-drive processes, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Conduct regular training sessions, role-plays, product walkarounds, and practical assessments.
- Coach sales consultants on lead management, follow-ups, CRM usage, conversion improvement, and customer relationship building.
- Monitor individual and team performance to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
- Support new employee induction and ensure effective onboarding of sales staff.
- Conduct field coaching and showroom observations to improve sales processes and customer experience.
- Track training effectiveness through assessments, sales KPIs, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
- Keep the team updated on new Hyundai launches, product updates, market trends, and competitor offerings.




- Collaborate with Sales Managers and dealership leadership to achieve business objectives and improve overall sales productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; relevant professional certifications will be an advantage.
- Experience in automotive sales training, dealership sales, or sales team development is preferred.
- Strong understanding of automobile retail sales processes and customer buying behavior.
- Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate teams, influence behavior, and drive performance improvement.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, objection handling, negotiation, and customer experience management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and training reports; familiarity with CRM systems is desirable.
- A proactive, analytical, and result-oriented approach to training and development.
