Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Team Lead to manage and guide the Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) team, drive sales performance, and ensure the achievement of business targets. The ideal candidate should have solid team management, communication, customer relationship management, and performance monitoring skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in sales, team leadership, telecalling, or customer relationship management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of sales processes, lead management, and conversion techniques.
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Target-oriented approach with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
