Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Team Lead – Two-Wheeler Insurance Sales to manage and motivate a team of insurance sales executives.

The candidate will be responsible for achieving team sales targets, monitoring daily performance, supporting team members in customer handling, and ensuring smooth two-wheeler insurance sales and renewal operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise a team of Two-Wheeler Insurance Sales Executives.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Monitor individual and team performance.

Conduct daily team huddles and performance reviews.

Guide team members on sales pitches, follow-ups, and objection handling.

Monitor customer calls and provide regular feedback and coaching.

Ensure proper follow-up on leads and renewal customers.

Support the team in converting leads into insurance policies.

Handle customer escalations and resolve issues effectively.

Track team attendance, productivity, conversion, and sales performance.

Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Coordinate with the Operations/Policy team for smooth policy issuance.

Ensure the team follows company processes,



quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Motivate the team and implement action plans to improve performance.

Required Skills

Valuable knowledge of Two-Wheeler Insurance / Motor Insurance.

Strong sales and convincing skills.

Excellent team-handling and leadership abilities.

Good customer handling and objection-handling skills.

Good communication skills in Kannada and English.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.

Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

Positive problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Eligibility

Any Graduate preferred.

2–4 years of experience in Insurance Sales / Tele Sales / Motor Insurance.

Prior Team Lead or team-handling experience will be an advantage.

Kannada speaking is mandatory.

Candidates with experience in Two-Wheeler Insurance Sales/Renewals will be preferred.
