Roles and Responsibilities :

- Sales Revenue Responsibility Drive sales revenue for the region by implementing effective strategies to achieve business targets. Monitor performance metrics and ensure consistent growth.

- Operational Efficiency Oversee and streamline regional operations across departments. Implement processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in day-to-day functioning.

- Distribution Strategy Formulate and execute robust distribution strategies to maximize market penetration and reach through innovative methods.

- Brand Communication Work with the Brand Manager to ensure an effective brand communication plan aligned with key business and brand objectives for the region.

- Team Development and Hiring Lead team development initiatives, including hiring, training, and performance management. Foster a culture of excellence and motivation.

- Stakeholder and Key Accounts Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Ensure proactive engagement and satisfaction.





- Market Research and Analysis Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform regional strategies.

- Sales Strategy and Execution Formulate and oversee the execution of cutting-edge sales strategies tailored for the wellness segment. Monitor and adjust strategies to meet targets.

- Product Development and Launches Work with product teams to provide effective inputs on product development needs and execute successful product launches in the region.

Job Requirements :

- 10-14 years of experience in retail sales or project sales with a focus on luxury goods such as watches or jewelry.
- Proven track record of achieving high-volume sales goals through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
- Strong understanding of the local market dynamics and ability to adapt quickly to changing consumer preferences.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
