? Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to insurance products.
- Resolve customers' doubts and provide relevant information about insurance plans.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and other details to interested customers.
- Assist customers in understanding the available insurance options.
- Provide a positive customer experience through professional communication.
✅ Important: This is an inbound inquiry-based calling process. Customers have already submitted inquiries on our website, and calls are automatically connected to the telecaller. You do not need to manually dial every customer.

- Office Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Working Duration: 9 hours, including a 1-hour break
