Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, responsible for promoting Industry Ready Academy’s training programs and services. The role includes identifying and qualifying leads, conducting consultations with potential learners and corporate clients, and presenting suitable training solutions.

The Sales

Specialist will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing enrollments, while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. Daily activities involve follow-ups via phone, email, and in-person meetings, coordinating with the training team to understand offerings, and contributing to sales strategies and outreach campaigns.



The role also includes delivering clear information about course benefits, fees, and schedules, and supporting post-sale customer engagement to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for presentations, consultations, and clear information sharing.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, handle concerns, and support learners throughout the enrollment process.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to generate leads, convert prospects, and meet or exceed enrollment and revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to understand program content and effectively explain course value to potential learners and partners.
- Candidates should possess Sales Management skills to plan pipelines, forecast enrollments, and maintain organized sales records.
- Relevant qualifications include prior experience in education, training, or service-based sales; proficiency with CRM or lead management tools; and basic computer skills (MS Office, email, online meeting platforms).
- A graduate degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar and collaborate with diverse teams.
