Sales Representative – Spare Sales

Job Summary

Ecostan India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Sales Representative for the Spare Sales Department to handle customer enquiries, sales coordination, quotations, order processing, and customer follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Handle customer enquiries and understand their spare part requirements.
- Prepare and share sales quotations as per company pricing and guidelines.
- Follow up with customers for quotation conversion and order confirmation.
- Coordinate with Accounts for payment confirmation.
- Raise Dispatch Instructions for confirmed spare parts orders.
- Coordinate with Stores and Dispatch teams for timely order processing and delivery.
- Track orders and provide dispatch/delivery updates to customers.
- Maintain customer information, enquiries, quotations, and order details in the CRM/ERP system.




- Handle customer feedback and coordinate for resolution of issues.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and repeat spare parts sales.
- Maintain daily sales and follow-up reports.

Requirements
- MBA in Marketing preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales.
- Experience in manufacturing/engineering industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
