Role Description The Sales Recruiting Manager is a full time, remote role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process for sales professionals. This role includes identifying hiring needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions with leadership.

Manager will design and implement recruitment strategies, maintain talent pipelines,



and ensure a positive candidate experience. Day-to-day tasks involve close collaboration with sales and management teams, monitoring recruitment metrics, and creating training and onboarding plans for new hires. The role also requires continuous improvement of recruitment processes to support business growth and client-focused outcomes.

- Candidates should possess experience in Training and onboarding sales teams.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational, time management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in business development or consulting environments is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and use digital recruitment tools effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
