About Us

Chouhan Real Estate is a growing real-estate business in Jalandhar, dealing in residential and commercial properties. We aim to provide customers with trusted guidance, transparent dealings and professional property services.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming customer calls, WhatsApp messages and property enquiries.
- Call potential buyers and sellers and follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain customer databases, lead records and follow-up schedules.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate property site visits.
- Manage daily office operations, including opening and closing the office.
- Assist in property video shoots, social media posting and basic video editing.
- Maintain property listings and update customer records using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Prepare daily reports on enquiries, follow-ups and site visits.




- Ensure every customer enquiry is handled professionally and no genuine lead is missed.

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; graduates preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, customer service or real estate preferred.
- Good communication skills in Punjabi and Hindi; basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Confident, responsible, organised and proactive attitude.
- Willingness to learn real-estate processes and work with customers.

Salary & Benefits:

- Fixed monthly salary of ₹12,000–₹15,000, depending on experience.
