Key responsibilities

Manpower Management - manpower planning, deployment, productivity and capacity management

Network Planning - territory design, consolidation, beat planning and territory optimization

Agent App / GTM - drive app changes, adoption and GTM of new capabilities

Salary, Incentives & New Initiatives - payout structures, incentive design and launch of new earning opportunities

Territory Consolidation - manage territory restructuring, mapping and ownership changes

Analytics & Insights - identify gaps and build data-backed task creation logics

Partner with Product / Tech / Business teams to convert operational gaps into scalable solutions
