Job Summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is looking for motivated and target-oriented Sales Officers to join its Personal Loan Direct Sales Team (DST). The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, generating leads, promoting personal loan products, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire potential customers for personal loans through direct and field sales.
- Explain personal loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and application procedures to customers.
- Generate leads through field visits, customer references, and direct interactions.
- Collect loan applications and verify the required customer documents.
- Follow up with customers throughout the loan application and approval process.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with the bank's policies, sales procedures, and documentation requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Personal Loan Direct Sales.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
- Sales Skills: Solid convincing, negotiation, and lead-generation abilities.
- Other Requirements: Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to undertake field sales activities.

Salary and Benefits

- Monthly Salary: 17,000–19,000.
