Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tamil Nadu, India, responsible for driving client acquisition and brand growth for ZenCure’s corporate wellness services. This role includes developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, identifying and qualifying leads, and building long-term relationships with HR leaders, corporate decision-makers, and wellness partners.

The Sales Marketing

Manager will manage digital and offline marketing campaigns, coordinate corporate wellness events and demos, and create targeted messaging and collateral that clearly communicate ZenCure’s offerings. Day-to-day tasks involve prospect outreach, pitch presentations, proposal development, pipeline management,



and performance reporting, as well as collaborating with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of wellness programs. The role also requires staying informed about workplace wellness trends to refine strategies and positioning in the market.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in sales and business development, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing B2B deals.
- Solid marketing skills, such as campaign planning, brand positioning, and managing both digital and offline promotional activities.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships, with effective stakeholder management and professional communication skills.
- Experience creating marketing content and sales collateral, including presentations, proposals, social media copy, and email campaigns.
- Analytical skills to track performance metrics, report on campaign and sales outcomes, and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Familiarity or interest in wellness, mindfulness, or corporate well-being programs; experience in the wellness or HR services sector is an advantage.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple opportunities and initiatives simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working on-site with local clients in Tamil Nadu and occasionally attending events or meetings outside standard hours when required.
